Edgybees Inc., the U.S. division of Edgybees LTD, announced the members to its Board of Directors. The members, Bradley Feldmann, Darryl Garrett, and Keith J. Masback, bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the company’s global georegistration software, which provides advanced solutions to the U.S. government, states, and the commercial sector.
Bradley Feldmann, the Chairman and CEO of Neology Inc. and former Chairman, President, and CEO of Cubic Corporation, joins the board with a proven track record of strategically growing and positioning businesses through innovation, organic growth, and acquisitions. Feldmann’s leadership, which expanded Cubic’s enterprise value by 169% and drove business growth from $1.0B in FY2015 sales to $1.5B in FY2020, has been recognized with numerous awards, including CEO of the Year by the San Diego Business Journal in 2021. His experience and leadership will be instrumental in guiding Edgybees Inc. as it continues to expand and innovate.
Darryl Garrett, a consultant and globally recognized intelligence expert, brings over 40 years of experience in the Intelligence Community, most notably the CIA, where he was awarded the Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal. He has worked with over 30 companies since retiring, including Palantir, Google, BAE SYSTEMS, Carahsoft, and IBM, Garrett’s expertise will be invaluable as Edgybees Inc. continues to expand its services. His experience in facilitating partnerships between established Federal System Integrators and small startup companies, as well as his current role as Chair, Government Security Committee at Edgybees, will provide a unique perspective and strategic insight to the board.
Keith J. Masback, owner of Plum Run, LLC, and an international authority on geospatial intelligence, completes the new additions to the board. With over 30 years of experience in the field, including serving over 20 years combined as an officer in the U.S. Army and as a senior executive civilian with the Army and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Masback’s insights will be instrumental in guiding the mission at Edgybees. His recognition as the 2019 Geospatial Ambassador of the Year by Geospatial World Media, combined with his myriad advisory and director appointments, further underscore his expertise and influence in the field.
